Frequently Asked Questions

We work with patients seeking support for hormonal imbalance, metabolic health, cardiovascular prevention, autoimmune conditions, cognitive performance, longevity optimization, and detoxification. Many of our patients come to us after feeling unheard or underserved in conventional care. Whether you are navigating perimenopause, PCOS, fatigue, insulin resistance, or brain fog, we aim to uncover the root cause and build a personalized plan.
We are considered out of network for all commercial insurance networks and we do not participate with medicare or medicaid plans. We have intentionally chosen this approach because our care model is designed to prioritize quality, time, and individualized care that goes beyond the limitations often imposed by insurance companies.
We offer advanced diagnostic testing including comprehensive blood panels, hormone and metabolic testing, genetic analysis, gut and microbiome assessments, cardiovascular screening, toxin and mold testing, and micronutrient evaluation. These help us uncover the root causes of imbalance and track progress over time.
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual consultations depending on your location and preferences. Certain services, such as lab testing or imaging, may still require an in-person visit or coordination with local facilities.
At this time, we are only able to accept patients who reside in New Jersey. We are actively in the process of obtaining licensure in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, and look forward to expanding access soon. Please check back or join our waitlist for updates.
We require payment at the time of service and do not bill insurance. However, many of the services and lab tests we offer may be eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We recommend checking with your benefits provider to confirm what qualifies under your plan.
Yes, we prescribe medications when appropriate—especially for hormone optimization, metabolic health, thyroid support, and other targeted therapies. However, we do not take over chronic medication management or routine refills that should be handled by your primary care provider. Our approach integrates prescriptions, supplements, and lifestyle strategies tailored to your specific goals.
We are not a replacement for your primary care provider. Our practice is designed to complement your existing care with advanced root-cause investigation, optimization strategies, and preventive guidance. We encourage all patients to maintain a relationship with a primary care physician for routine screenings, vaccinations, and urgent needs.
