Our Team
Two physicians lead every plan at Nova. A nurse practitioner, a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist, a health coach, and our clinical and front-desk staff work alongside them.
Physicians
A cardiologist and an internist and integrative medicine physician review each patient's history, results, and plan together, so your heart, hormones, and metabolism are never looked at in isolation.
MD, FACP, MSCP, ABOIM
Dr. Knight is an internist certified in integrative medicine by the American Board of Integrative Medicine, a graduate of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine fellowship, and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She leads women's health at Nova, including perimenopause, menopause, and hormone therapy, along with functional and integrative medicine.
About Dr. Knight
MD, FACC, FASE, CBNC, RPVI
Dr. Di Giorgio is a cardiologist with certifications in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and vascular interpretation. Before Nova, he was Chief of Cardiology at HUMC Mountainside Medical Center. He leads preventive cardiology, metabolic health, and men's longevity.

Nurse Practitioner, NP, AGNP
Marisa is a board-certified nurse practitioner who brings advanced training in women's health, metabolic care, genomics, peptide therapy, and IV therapy to a proactive, personalized approach. She works closely with patients to understand their history and goals.
Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist, MS, RD, EP-C
Sophia is a registered dietitian and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Teachers College, Columbia University, and helps patients build nutrition and movement habits that last.
Health Coach and Patient Concierge
Mandi guides patients through the early stages of their care and helps turn clinical recommendations into practical habits, working closely with the medical team.
Clinical Support Specialist
Hannah supports clinicians and patients through advanced diagnostic testing and clinical care, so every visit is comfortable and well explained.
Patient Experience
Monica handles scheduling, care coordination, and the front desk. She brings more than eight years of experience in human resources and is studying acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

We started Nova because the appointments we were trained to give were too short for the questions our patients were asking. That is why a first visit here is 90 minutes, and why the two of us work from the same plan. We both see patients in Roseland, and we would be glad to meet you.
